The bundle includes a Union Civil War soldier`s Service Records and Pension File at a price that is somewhat less than ordering the two record types individually. It includes ALL of his service in cases where he served in more than one regiment.
The bundle is not available for Confederate soldiers because those records are not housed at the National Archives.
NOTE: this bundle previously included the soldier’s Carded Medical Records but that collection has been closed by NARA for digitization. Those records are therefore no longer available to the public so they have been removed from our bundle and the price of the bundle has been reduced accordingly.
