I have use Gopher Records multiple times with great success each time. The service is thorough, prompt, reasonable, and friendly. I have been able to use the information found in Civil War pension files to fill in gaps in my family's genealogy tree. Obtaining letters, copies of depositions, testimonials, etc. in your ancestor's own handwriting or signed by your ancestor is fascinating. I also help visitors to the Gettysburg National National Military Park research their Civil War ancestors or ancestors that served in other wars and conflicts.
