Members can log in to see a list of all current and previous orders. The status of each order is reflected in that list. This feature is not available to non-members. If as a non-member, for instance, you need to cancel an order, you can notify us through our Contact Us page.

Confederate service and pension files are not available at the National Archives. Confederate service records have been digitized and are available on Fold3.com. Yes, we’re in business to copy records from the National Archives (“NARA”) but we encourage you to go to there yourself instead if that is practical. There’s nothing like getting your own hands on your ancestors’ original documents!
