I saw someone else use this service and gave it a try. It took less time than their estimate and I consider their rates affordable. Records I’ve requested are cash land records from 1820 and 1860. Later records have more but the early records did help set earlier baseline dates.

I heard about the Civil War Military records service provided by GopherRecords, and thought it sounded good. Ordering records through NARA has worked for me, but their lead time was very long.
