When I asked for a record from Washington D.C. and it turned out that it was actually in St. Louis at the NPRC, Bob went above and beyond to secure those records for me. Records that in the past have taken months and months to obtain, Bob got to me in a couple of weeks! Excellent, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly!
