Bob’s service and attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. I submitted two requests for full Civil War Soldier Bundles. It may have taken at least a year, if not more, to get these back through conventional request channels. Bob had both files back to me, totaling well over 200 pages, in record time and at a very reasonable price.
