GOPHER RECORDS

I received sooooo much Spanish/American War pension information from Gopher record it was amazing! In the beginning Bob Velke told me that it could take months to get my great Uncle’s pension information from the National Archives……and it did…..but Bob did not forget about me and was able to get the pension records I was looking for, and so much more, like a copy of Charles’ death record, the dates he mustered in and out of the army, which service of war he served in, that he received an HONORABLE discharge, which I did not have. Now that I have a document showing his HONORABLE discharge, I am going to order a Presidential Memorial Certificate for him signed by the president of the United States. I am extremely pleased and grateful with Bob’s service and will continue to use this service.
