This was my first time using Gopher Records and it could not have been a better experience. The file I needed was not in DC and Bob was able to track it down at the Veterans Administration…he even did the Freedom of Information Act request for me. I have no experience ordering from the VA and would have been totally lost. The next time I need a record, I will not hesitate to use Gopher Records.
