I’ve placed about five orders now, and I continue to be impressed by the affordability, quickness, and customer service of Gopher. On my most recent order, it turned out there were two soldiers with the exact same name I was looking for. Bob contacted me, helped me sort out the two men, and delivered the correct records. If you can’t make it to NARA yourself, Gopher is the way to go!
