I can not rate Gopher Records highly enough! They deserve 10 stars!
I had previously hired another company to get historical military records for me. I had pre-paid. After several months, I never got anything in return and communication was very delayed or non-existent. I got a refund on my money through my credit card and never heard anything further from that company.
I then found out about Gopher Records. It has been a complete pleasure working with Bob Velke. He let me know what the plan was, sent me information as he got it and then sent me the final docs. The pension file was > 170 pages! I have NO hesitation in recommending Gopher Records. If I want more records, I’ll be in contact with Bob at Gopher Records.
