On the recommendation of another customer, we ordered War of 1812 bounty application files. The order was completed ahead of estimated delivery. Communication throughout was excellent. The resulting scanned document was marvelous. Even though one of our files wasn’t available (NARA misplaced), we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Having used the original records at NARA, we know how challenging it can be and appreciate the overall professional service.
