I have ordered two military pension files through Gopher Records and been very impressed with their service. The first pension file was received within about a week of the order’s placement, much sooner than the estimate given on the website. The second pension file proved more difficult to obtain, but Gopher Records went above and beyond to find it and reproduce it for me. The PDF files provided by Gopher Records have clear images and are easy to navigate. I look forward to using this service again for military pension files connected to other direct ancestors and their siblings.
