I have used gopher records.com at least 4 times to get the Civil War records for ancestors. I am so pleased with their service; it is very fast and accurate. If I had to go through National Archives myself it would take much longer to get the records. You pay nothing until they find something. As soon as you send payment the documents are emailed for downloading. I highly recommend their professional services.
