I appreciate the service very much and found Gopher Records to be very helpful in my last successful request. To pursue receiving the records required submission of a FOIA request. They told me that it may take a while and might not be successful, but just the fact they knew what steps were needed and diligently followed up was so beneficial. Happily in my situation, the request worked and I was able to get a copy of the pension record!
