GOPHER RECORDS

I have used Gopher Records in several cases involving soldiers, sailors, and pensioners from the Civil War Era. The service was timely and excellent. Having visited the archives personally several times over the years I can attest to the fact that access to certain records is not always easy and sometimes require patience as some records are not always where they should be. The pandemic has posed new obstacles and challenges to ferreting out information. In my experience, Gopher finds and delivers pension records much faster and at little more than half the cost of what NARA charges. We will definitely use Gopher for our search requests in the future and highly recommend that you use them too.
