I was impressed with the quick turnaround (just over a week) and the clear quality of the documents provided. In my case, I was sorting out two couples in TN with the same names (well, Eliza for one and Elizabeth for the other, but possibly same woman) and one of the men had a Civil War pension file. I was getting excited, seeing their marriage record, her maiden name, etc., until I got to the page that said “no children born of this marriage” which let me know this was the wrong couple. But, it was information I needed to know! I’m working on a list of other Civil War pension files that could be helpful to my research so I’ll be placing a larger order as soon as I can. What a great service this is!
