Very quick response to the request for my 2x gr grandfather’s Civil War records. Their customer service sent lots of information concerning my request and the retrieval of the documents sent. They sent me over 50 pages of documents from the original signing up for service to his death many years later. I will definitely be submitting more requests for information about family members.
