I was blown away by the incredible and fast service received from Bob and GopherRecords. I asked him what records were available over a year ago and the response was very quick. I didn’t have enough information to feel I could order anything at that time, and he never hassled me about it. I finally got enough information I felt I had the right person and submitted my order. I was shocked at how quickly he emailed to tell me they were available, and within seconds of submitting payment, I had the file sent to me, ready to download! I wish all genealogy assistance we needed was this fast with all other records! I have recommended Bob to so many people I know and strongly encouraged them to use no one else but him. I even told a lady that works at our large genealogy center as she hadn’t had the pleasure to hear about him. I can’t wait until I need more records so I can take advantage of his assistance again. Bob is literally the best thing the genealogy world has to offer!!!
