GOPHER RECORDS

I found 4 unknown volumes of civil war records for a western NC regiment at NARA. NARA informed me they did not copy the records, and my traveling there to review them wasn’t feasible. I contacted Gopher Records to see what options I had. They copied Volume I for me, all 212 pages. The quality is superb and probably more important, they communicated with me! A rarity in this day. The cost was much less than me driving there, staying over and learning the system. I would recommend them for any work you need done. I have already found a lot of unknown information about the Regiment.
