I ordered Civil War files. Before the files were retrieved from the Archive, I was contacted to clarify details because the name in the files was spelled differently than in the index I had. I was allowed to decide whether or not it was the same person before being charged. Once I gave the go-ahead, I was given an approximate delivery date. To my delight, the file was available earlier and included good copies of all the documents requested! The process of ordering, paying and downloading the PDF copy of the files was simple and worked smoothly with no problems.
