GOPHER RECORDS

I recently worked with Bob to obtain the military and pension file of an ancestor who served in the Spanish American War. The military file was delivered quite quickly and was very reasonably priced. The pension file required more work to try and figure out who was currently holding those records. Bob took care of inquiring at NARA and ultimately filing an FOIA request on my behalf with the VA to obtain the file. It took a little while but he kept me updated throughout the process and honestly it was so nice to let him focus on that so I could turn my attention to my other research. I knew that I was in good hands and I am so pleased by Bob’s service and professionalism. I will definitely be recommending his services to all of my genealogy friends!!
