I’m honestly blown away by how quickly I received this pension. That’s even after an issue where NARA hadn’t refiled it yet due to a previous order. I’m also blown away by the price, considering it’s a lot less than NARA charges and NARA takes months to fulfill it. On top of that, Bob is an excellent communicator and the scans are a lot clearer than scans I’ve seen directly from NARA. All-in-all the experience was a 10 out of 10 and I’m sure I’ll be placing another order in the near future.
