Bob Velke with Gopher Records is the best. I am an avid genealogist and had been trying to get my great-grandfather’s Civil War records for several years. Covid made the ability to get them even more trying. I contacted Bob in mid-August of 2022 and received Grandpa’s pension and service records in a few weeks. I received over 130 pages of documentation that I was able to download. I’m still pouring over all of the information, but it has helped me immensely to understand more about his life, his disabilities, and their cause, his experience as a soldier and where he was during the four years that he served the Union Army.
