I wrote an earlier review for a pension file I had ordered. I was so pleased with the speed and overall customer service that I ordered two additional files from Gopher.
My most recent order was for a Spanish American War pension and service file, which had been challenging for me to locate. It turned out to be a bit more difficult to access than the civil war files I had ordered previously, but Gopher found the pension file for me after searching a couple of different locations. They were also able to let me know that the service file likely no longer existed. The researcher clearly explained the reason the service file was unavailable and steps he took to locate the file. This is very helpful for me, because now I know not to continue searching for this file.
The pension file was located though, and was processed and sent to me very quickly. I am still amazed at the speed at which they are able to process my order.
I will definitely use Gopher for any future pension or service records that I need to order!
