GOPHER RECORDS

Although I’ve done a lot of genealogy for women interested in joining the Daughters of the American Revolution, questions about a Civil War lineage weren’t addressed in the usual on-line sources – and my experience with the National Archives is that they take a long time. So, when another application taskforce member suggested Gopher Records, I said “why not?”
Based on this experience, I am adding Gopher Records to my list of “go to” sources. They were prompt – and I mean within 48 hours prompt – and reasonably priced. This is a great resource that I’d never heard of – and I intend to spread the word!
