I submitted my order just before Christmas and I didn’t expect any response for weeks. But I received back my scanned file shortly after New Years. Despite the age of these documents the scans were clear and very readable. I am very happy with the result.

I treated myself to the Civil War bundle, offered before Christmas. Although I had personally researched and looked at my ancestors’ muster roll records at the National Archives, many years ago, the pension files intimidated me and I decided to hand it off to the experts.
