I placed a rather large order for Pension & CMSR files that consisted of (5) brothers serving in the Civil War and I probably complicated the order as one of the brothers had (5) different service records. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and product that Bob & Gopher Records delivered to me!
I’ve used Gopher Records twice and it’s so much better than the NARA. There’s wonderful communication, Records retrieval is a few weeks instead of months, and the cost is reasonable. I request a digital copy and the pdf file is complete and readable.

I have ordered Bounty Land Applications from both NARA and now Gopher records. The difference in quality is astounding. The records recieved back from NARA are black and white scans of photo copies. The scans back from Gopher are high resolution and the true colors of the documents. I could not be more pleased! And
