I submitted my order just before Christmas and I didn’t expect any response for weeks. But I received back my scanned file shortly after New Years. Despite the age of these documents the scans were clear and very readable. I am very happy with the result.
Bob does an amazing job getting the records accurately and quickly. Ive been able to break through some brick walls in my genealogy using these military records. I treated myself to the Civil War bundle, offered before Christmas. Although I had personally researched and looked at my ancestors’ muster roll records at the National Archives, many years ago, the pension files intimidated me and I decided to hand it off to the experts.
