The website instructions are brief and clear, so it couldn't be easier to upload soldier information and retrieve the files. I asked a question about if there was another part of a pension file for a wife reference in the pension file I was given next day he sent me the wife’s pension file as well…..just wow, highly recommended. I've used Gopher Records twice and it's so much better than the NARA. There's wonderful communication, Records retrieval is a few weeks instead of months, and the cost is reasonable. I request a digital copy and the pdf file is complete and readable.
