I ordered a complete service record set for a survivor of Andersonville Prison and it arrived in half the time quoted AND with a reduction in fee due to NARA pulling the medical cards for digitization. This is the second time I’ve used Gopher Records. Just like last time I will absolutely say this is a 5 star service. I received the records quickly and the quality of the document scans were great. This time I ordered the pension record of my 3rd great grandfather who fought at Shiloh and Corinth. In the record were several affidavits from him and men who served with him that described his experiences during the war.
