I’m honestly blown away by how quickly I received this pension. That’s even after an issue where NARA hadn’t refiled it yet due to a previous order. I’m also blown away by the price, considering it’s a lot less than NARA charges and NARA takes months to fulfill it. On top of that, Bob is an excellent communicator and the scans are a lot clearer than scans I’ve seen directly from NARA. All-in-all the experience was a 10 out of 10 and I’m sure I’ll be placing another order in the near future.

Gopher records got me correct record I needed, and at a lower price and a quicker turnaround than going through the government agency. Will use again next time I need a pension record!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Gopher Records! I had a technical issue with ordering the records I needed, and after contacting them directly, had the issue resolved inside an hour. The records I requested were delivered weeks ahead of the predicted deadline. I cannot recommend Gopher Records highly enough!
