The Civil War records I asked for were promised for delivery in a very reasonable timeframe - but they arrived much sooner than that. The records are complete and are very clear. I will most likely research other family members using Gopher.

I ordered a complete service record set for a survivor of Andersonville Prison and it arrived in half the time quoted AND with a reduction in fee due to NARA pulling the medical cards for digitization. A big surprise was a photo pasted to one of the applications and the file included a photo only image. All images clear and easy to read provide through a Dropbox link.
