Gopher delivered the records I ordered in just over a week! I ordered a complete service record set for a survivor of Andersonville Prison and it arrived in half the time quoted AND with a reduction in fee due to NARA pulling the medical cards for digitization. A big surprise was a photo pasted to one of the applications and the file included a photo only image. All images clear and easy to read provide through a Dropbox link.
