I was very happy to learn about Gopher Records and how they often can locate more records than I have been able to online. They recently found pension records for two of my relatives and I so appreciate having these records! If you decide to have them get records for you, I would suggest you review all the helpful information they have on their website. It helped answer several questions I have had.

I am so glad I took the chance and ordered a pension file through Gopher Records. I had ordered a different pension file from the National Archives before, and it took many, many months before I got the results back. Gopher Records charged much less and got me clear digital copies of the file within a week! Downloading the file was easy too. I will definitely use Gopher Records again if I the need arises and can honestly recommend their service without any reservations.

I have been using Gopher Records services for acquiring pension and service records for Veterans I'm researching. These records help me process applications for VA headstones to Honor our Veterans. They have been extremely helpful in supplying these records quickly and accurately. The documents are always clear and legible.

Would absolutely order from again. I gave them as much information as I had, and they clearly explained what was and wasn't available. I even had a typo on the death date of one of my lookups and they double checked to make sure that they had the right records.
