Their prices are very competitive and they fulfilled the order in one-third the time of other services that I have used (within 1 week vs. three to four weeks). Instead of wasting hours and days, then weeks on trying to research my ancestors that fought in the Civil war, I took some great advise from people in an online Civil War forum and used Gopher Records to do all of the legwork for me. Having worked with the Archives directly in the past I can also say that Bob's prices are competitive in addition to being fast (which the Archives is not).
