I have submitted two orders to Bob myself, and I submitted one while working with a friend on her genealogy. Bob's prices cannot be beat, and the images I received were good quality and were delivered within a few weeks of my submitting the order. Easy to navigate site with alot of information. Placed my order and received downloadable documents in about 2 weeks. I won't even guess how long it would've taken with NARA, but definitely a much longer time. Also gopher is much easier to order and affordable if ordering multiple records.

I needed help with two sets of homestead records and thought I had provided an attachment that I managed to leave out, but this did not slow Bob down at all.
