The speed -- and price -- that Gopher provides records continues to impress me. I recently requested carded medical and service records for a Civil War soldier who I'm researching. I had his service records on order through NARA for four months and was still waiting. Gopher got them to me in four days and helped me cancel my NARA order. I couldn't find my soldier's name on the Fold3 index for a bounty-land warrant application file. Bob confirmed the index is incomplete (Fold3 is up to the letter L). I was happy to receive the file, I was afraid it was lost. Excellent service once again! Highly recommended!
