You really can't beat the service - a complete set of Civil War records in 10 days for less than it would cost me to go to NARA and do it myself (and with far less hassle). I will use Gopher Records wherever possible.

On the recommendation of another customer, we ordered War of 1812 bounty application files. The order was completed ahead of estimated delivery. Communication throughout was excellent.
