The Civil War records I asked for were promised for delivery in a very reasonable timeframe - but they arrived much sooner than that. The records are complete and are very clear. I will most likely research other family members using Gopher.

I requested a full Civil War file on a great Uncle from Goopher records and Bob Velke came through with lightening speed. Within a week I had all digital files saved to my desktop, and while I had some difficulty in saving them, Bob offered to make a phone call and walk me through the process.
