When I realized, near the end of a third draft of my book, that I hadn't gone down a particular rabbit hole and needed to in a hurry, Bob and Gopher Records were an amazing help. He scanned the file at the National Archives for me faster than I even hoped and in doing so helped add another layer of complexity to what I'm writing. I will always call on Gopher for my DC record requests!

Very rapid response, sent Name of soldier in and within a few days had a response with records requested. Very well done, emails with easy to follow instructions, payment was reasonable in price, and easy to do.
