I ordered the Civil War Soldiers Bundle and was expecting to hear something in a couple of weeks. My results were sent to me 3 days later! The bundle contained records that I didn’t realize were available and a pension file that was over 200 pages thick. The information that I have discovered in these records is immeasurable. I have other ancestors to research and I will definitely be reaching back out to Gopher Records for assistance.

I have been trying to get a pension file for several years, it took 18 months for NARA to share with me that it was held by the VA Office, and another researcher I'd paid to find the file never replied back. Gopher Records didn't charge me anything until they found the record and contacted the VA pensions office for me(the widow lived passed 1920), and were able to quickly find the records for me and had them to me within a month. I placed a rather large order for Pension & CMSR files that consisted of (5) brothers serving in the Civil War and I probably complicated the order as one of the brothers had (5) different service records.
