Requested several records and pension for a Mexican War soldier. The website to submit the request is very thorough and pleasing. Very informative and easy to use - nothing just thrown together. The status was continually updated and the turnaround time was very quick. The digital copies were very clear and well done. I can not recommend using Gopher Records enough for your National Archives needs enough. Top notch organization and service through the entire process.

I ordered the Civil War Soldiers Bundle and was expecting to hear something in a couple of weeks. My results were sent to me 3 days later!
