The file arrived 3 weeks earlier and consisted of a high quality color pdf. The price was less than I would've paid through the National Archives and arrived far sooner. I ordered Civil War files. Before the files were retrieved from the Archive, I was contacted to clarify details because the name in the files was spelled differently than in the index I had. I was allowed to decide whether or not it was the same person before being charged. Once I gave the go-ahead, I was given an approximate delivery date.
