Gopher Records is awesome! The turn around time is very fast. When I received my pension record I was like a kid on Christmas morning! Because they found the record I needed, I was able to add a vital piece of information to my research. I'm sure I'll be using them again and again in the future.

I have used Gopher many times, most recently regarding a bok I am writing regarding a sodlier who died at Andersonville abut the yer befor we knew he was in the Union hospital and did not know why. Oh my gosh! Gopher records is SO speedy, and VERY thorough. I ordered a civil war pension file and paid the standard price of $45. The file turned out to be over 300 pages. If I had ordered from NARA, it would have taken forever to receive it and it would have cost me over $220. I can’t recommend Gopher Records highly enough!
