Gopher Records obtained all the available records at NARA that I had requested, digitized them and made them available to me in a very efficient manner. Their pricing was reasonable too. I was very pleased with their service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

I had first heard of Bob Velke and Gopher Records through the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War. I contacted him, to see if he could locate a specific record concerning my Great Grandfather, who had served with the Iowa Cavalry during that conflict. This was an order related to my 1st order, concerning the father of those (5) brothers. The overall quality of the service and product from Gopher Records went far beyond my expectation! I placed a rather large order for Pension & CMSR files that consisted of (5) brothers serving in the Civil War and I probably complicated the order as one of the brothers had (5) different service records. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and product that Bob & Gopher Records delivered to me! Gopher Records had been recommended by Cyndi Ingle and Cari A Taplin, at a virtual course at GRIP this past summer and I wish I had known about Gopher Records before then!
