Very prompt and, as far as one can ever determine, thorough examination of the records requested. I received the files much sooner than I had anticipated, which gave me time to review them to determine the pertinent ancestry before a trip planned for further research. A tricky twist was the fact that the records appear under several different spellings, as was common among the Irish 150+ years ago. Value received for the money spent, so I can heartily recommend this service for records pertaining to the American Civil War at least.
