I've placed about five orders now, and I continue to be impressed by the affordability, quickness, and customer service of Gopher. On my most recent order, it turned out there were two soldiers with the exact same name I was looking for. Bob contacted me, helped me sort out the two men, and delivered the correct records. The first time, they retrieved NARA records for me in an efficient, timely fashion and at a cost that was more than reasonable. The second time, although what I wanted was outside of Gopher's range of services, Bob took the time to advise me on other ways to find what I was looking for, even to the point of providing titles, links, etc. I will definitely use Gopher again.
