After trying to get a document we needed from the National Archives in DC for almost two years, Gopher came to our rescue and we had a certified copy of it in our hands in four days. This is my third time requesting files, and I have to say, the service you provide is outstanding. Prompt clear communication and quick turnaround every time. Not to mention exceptional value. I recently ordered the service and pension records for research I'm undertaking of a Civil War soldier, who along with son and grandson, owned and lived in the house that I grew up in.
