I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency that was shown by Gopher Records after trying recently for the first time. They were also very reasonably with their prices. I would certainly recommend them to others and will certainly be using them again in the future.

I was shocked how quickly my ancestor’s Civil War pension file was retrieved and sent! 82 pages full of history about my ancestor that was filing (the father of a soldier). Affidavits from friends and family, his own accounting of his life, and then the sad fact that he was ultimately denied. I had contacted Gopher Records quite some time ago, but until recently had not actually used the service. Everything was outstanding. The fee charged, the perfection and completion of the digital images furnished to me and the prompt attention ot my order were beyond my expectations.

First, let me say that I’m very savvy with finding and researching soldiers, and rarely do I hit a wall. But I did this time, and then heard about Gopher Records.
